Our Website Services
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise indicated; Nationally Accredited Courses are exempt from GST.

We endeavour to ensure that our price list is current. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we will fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered.
Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any mis-description, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.
Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.
Australian College of Weight Management Security Policy
Australian College of Weight Management uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. Delivery Policy
Physical goods
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australian Post within 2 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Courses and digital products
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your course access or product download details via email within 1 working day.

Refunds and Returns Policy
Physical Products
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at support@collegeofweightmanagement.com.au
within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Australian College of Weight Management will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Courses and digital products
Please select digital products carefully as no refund will be provided for these items; due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be returned once downloaded.
For all courses; a full refund of fees, less a $295 administration fee, will be given to students who withdraw their enrolment in writing within 7 days of enrolment. No refunds will be given after the 7 day withdrawal period from the date of enrolment. Please email us at support@collegeofweightmanagement.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
In circumstances where a student has entered into a payment plan for payment of course fees and withdraws from the course after 7 days of the date of enrolment, the student will be liable for all payments due under the agreed payment plan.
